We use a high-bonding adhesive for our labels which can withstand extreme cold and hot temperatures. Our labels are scratch resistant and won’t fade easily in the wash because they’re built to last.

Yes! You have the option to not include one of our images for your labels. Be sure to make that selection when you place your order.
We love making labels and we love making our clients happy. So let us know what you prefer. You can always choose to not select an image if you’re shopping for older kids or adults.
We recommend that you do not reuse our labels. The adhesive will lose its strength, if you remove them from its original surface. Then you could easily lose your labels, leaving your items unmarked. If you choose to peel off the label, it may leave a sticky residue behind.
We recommend that you use an internet browser that has been updated to the latest version. Some older versions of Internet explorer have a hard time opening up some files.
Yes! Our Two-Kid Combo is specifically designed for this request. This package is very unique to L’il Pals Decals. It’s the only combo where you can split the labels into two names and select two different images.
Here are a few simple steps to ensure your labels stay on! Gently bend the sheet near the cut mark to peel off labels. Make sure to place your labels on clean, dry smooth surface. Stick labels on clothing tags (make sure to rub in Labels firmly to activate the adhesive) and footwear insoles. Be sure to wait 24-hours before exposing labels to water. And remember there is no ironing required.
If your labels are bubbling up, don’t be concerned. They will not fall off. The reason why you see tiny bubbling forming behind the label is because the object that you placed it on is made of a very thin material, like a very thin plastic.
Your labels may be falling off for several reasons. Check and see if you followed the instructions properly. They are included on your package. Or you can refer to the “How do I use my labels properly so they last” question for further details. If for some reason, they still are falling off and you have followed the steps correctly please contact us for more information.

After you send us your order, you will receive a confirmation email. At that point, we will begin production of your labels, which generally takes about 1 to 2 business days. Delivery ranges from 4 to 7 business days. Occasionally during busy periods, delivery may take a bit longer, approximately 2 weeks.
We offer FREE shipping across Canada when you order a set of labels. However, there are other delivery options available if you prefer. Those will be available at checkout.
If you are ordering our wall decals, we do include a shipping fee. The price varies according to the size and weight of your order. We will let you know the total shipping fees before you confirm your purchase.
Our standard method of shipping is through Canada Post. That takes about 4 to 7 business days. However, if you need your labels faster than that, please contact us for other shipping and delivery options.
